How Does Induction Sealing Work for Chemical Products?

Induction sealing is a simple, refined technology that works by applying an electromagnetic current to a special induction foil seal.

This seal has a few parts, which are placed on the container along with the cap or lid. These parts are the backing, the foil, the barrier layer, and the heat seal. When the electromagnetic field is applied to the seal, the foil heats and in turn melts the heat seal, sealing the container.
