Cap Sealing Case Histories- You Get What You Pay For and You Pay For What You Get

Induction Cap Sealing Equipment - You get what you pay for and you pay for what you get!

It seems more and more that cap sealing equipment buyers are battling between vendors in "bid wars," playing one company against the next, in order to secure the most rock-bottom price they can muster. The principle of getting the most "bang for your buck" applies in most any purchase, but remember another principle, "you get what you pay for."

At Pillar, we recognize the entire process of the equipment sale. The initial purchase is just the beginning. The warranty, after-sales support, parts availability and parts pricing all play a large role in your actual ROI (return on investment). Pillar's philosophy is to give you the best package right up front. No hidden agendas or lengthy contracts.

Another point of equipment consideration is quality of manufacturing. Pillar devoted tremendous R&D effort into the design of our "truly modular" Unifoiler line of products. We build our power supplies independent from our sealing heads, so if one or the other has a malfunction, either may be repaired separately. In other words, our sealing coils are detachable, interchangeable and repairable!
If you need to swap out a flat coil for a tunnel/channel coil, you simply unplug one and plug in the next. This quick changeover can be done, literally, in seconds. And, Pillar is the only company that can repair coils versus a mandatory replacement. This is a huge money-saving factor.

Finally, a word of caution: "Internet Buyers Beware!" The internet is swarming with used induction sealers. If you locate a used sealer on the net that you believe is a "good deal" we urge you to get the serial number from the dealer and CALL THE MANUFACTURER of the sealer for equipment verification. Some used systems are being misrepresented in age. In fact, some units are so old that parts are no longer available to service them.

Our bottom line? We believe in a "no hassle - straight shooter" sales approach. We sell induction sealers honestly and fairly. When comparing our price to another, be certain that you are comparing apples to apples. Make sure the power ratings are equal and that the features and benefits offered match. Based on that fact, we would be more than happy to assist you in your next induction sealer search. Contact Pillar toll-free at 1-888-PILLAR-6(745-5276) or e-mail sales@pillartech.com.
