Over the next six months we will have several new product introductions for the cap sealing market. Our most recent new product is our waterless tunnel coils. Tunnel coils radiate energy from the sides and are required when the cap or bottle design will not allow a flat coil to get close enough to heat the foil effectively.
At Pillar Technologies we take great pride in the fact that we are always improving our product's reliability, quality and performance. Coil design and production is something that we continually strive to improve.
Pillar recently introduced a new item to complement our Unifoiler line of waterless sealers. We have produced a missing foil, loose cap, stalled bottle detection system for many years. We now have the capability to reject the bottles with missing foil or loose cap. The reject mechanism is an air actuated cylinder that is controlled by the microprocessor in the induction sealer.
We are now pleased to offer customers IQ/OQ validation documentation for our Unifoiler line of induction sealing equipment. The documentation provides comprehensive Installation and Operation Qualification protocols required by some regulatory agencies.
Hartland, WI - Pillar Technologies introduces revolutionary new waterless hand-held capsealer for manual capping production. The UniFoiler H is equipped with maximum power for short manual hand-held runs but can easily be converted for conveyor use on moderate speed automated lines. The unique system was designed to be interchangeable depending on application.
The end of June will bring the completion of our cap sealing lab remodeling project. The lab will contain sealing equipment in every size and shape we currently manufacture. We will also have a complete line of coils for product testing. Our coil products include hand-held, dedicated flat, multi-size channel and universal in water-cooled and waterless designs.
