Corona treatment was designed specifically for companies that buy precut, predetermined raw materials in specific sizes, requiring treatment to promote adhesion prior to printing or laminating. There are no preset "typical" applications for sheet treaters, however they have been successful when printing folders, laminating credit cards, travel I.D. tags, reality signs, printing decals, and general packaging applications. Corona sheet treaters can produce positive results on corrugated plastics, or virtually any plastic sheet substrate up to 1/8" in thickness.
