Q: Will an induction sealer heat up my product?
A: No. We heat metal (foil) only.

Q: Will the induction sealing process ignite my flammable liquid?
A: No. We heat metal (foil) only. Any company using flammables should ask their local Fire Marshall what rules/regulations they need follow for compliance.

Q: What happens if I run my hand under the cap sealer wearing a ring?
A: You will get burned. We heat metal. Your jewelry, i.e. rings, watches, bracelets, if placed under the sealing head (coil) while the power is on, will heat up quickly and more than likely cause your skin to heat and possibly burn.

Q: Will the induction cap sealer effect me if I become pregnant?
A: No. We heat metal (foil). There are no “dangerous mystery waves” that are emitted from our equipment that can cause physical problems to humans, born or unborn. We repeat - we heat metal.

Q: Will the induction cap sealer cause me to go sterile?
A: No. See answer above.

Q: Can I use an induction sealer with metal caps?
A: It’s your call – we heat metal. If your cap heats under the sealer, we know our machine is working perfectly. If you cannot allow your cap to heat up, we do not suggest you use metal caps.

Q: Do I need a special coil designed or built for my application?
A: No. Just tell us what kind of cap you’re using and we have the coil you need.

Q: Will the sealer effect a pace-maker?
A: No. Not unless you physically lay down on your conveyor and send yourself under the sealing coil or put a hand-held coil directly on your chest with the sealer at full power. We do not recommend and highly disapprove of either. (NOTE: We do not have actual studies on this subject as volunteers are not readily available.)

Q: Is a induction cap sealer like a microwave?
A: No. You cannot cook in it or on it. We heat metal – not food.

Q: How fast can you ship?
A: How quick will your down payment check be here? We can ship same day or within a few day depending on options and coil desired.

Q: Can I get the same machine I bought last time?
A: No. You already own that one. We’ll send you another.

Q: Is my application special?
A: We seal odd projects and products all the time – not much surprises us anymore! And, in all reality, ALL of our customer applications are special and that’s how we treat them.
